Instruction
is provided according to the needs of each
individual. Starts
with a one hour evaluation to assess students
level of skill, followed by 1/2 hour weekly
instruction.
Students will receive instruction on all aspects
of baseball pitching: proper stretching and warm-up
routine; Pitching mechanics, with bull-pens and flat
ground throwing;
long toss throwing program -which will help increase
velocity; drills for pick-offs and pitchers fielding
drills; developing a variety of pitches...$50.00/half
