Strength & Conditioning Boot camp

 

The Strength & Conditioning Boot camp is a seven week (14 session) training program Ideal for any ball player but specific to high school baseball pitchers.  Each session is one hour and consists of; resistance, plyo-metrics, agility training and varied running.  This program is held yearly during  November & December.
